ThaiWish is an international dating platform designed to help adults build genuine friendships, meaningful relationships, and lasting connections in a respectful and safe environment.
These Community Guidelines explain the standards of behavior expected from every member. By using ThaiWish, you agree to follow these Guidelines, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
Failure to comply may result in warnings, content removal, temporary restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination.
ThaiWish is strictly for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
You may not:

Verified accounts found to be deceptive may permanently lose their verification status and be suspended.

Respect personal boundaries.
Accept rejection gracefully.
Use respectful language.
Report inappropriate behavior instead of retaliating.
Do not:
Harass other users.
Send repeated unwanted messages.
Threaten or intimidate anyone.
Bully or shame other members.
Encourage self-harm or violence.
ThaiWish has zero tolerance for content that promotes hatred or discrimination based on:
Race
Ethnicity
Nationality
Religion
Disability
Gender
Sexual orientation
Age
Protected characteristics under applicable law
Content encouraging violence or discrimination may result in immediate account termination.
ThaiWish is intended to help adults meet for genuine relationships.
Members may not post or send:
Pornographic material.
Explicit sexual images.
Sexually graphic videos.
Requests for sexual services.
Content intended primarily for sexual gratification.
Flirting is acceptable when respectful and consensual.
The following is prohibited:
Full nudity.
Explicit nudity.
Visible genitals.
Sexually explicit poses.
Explicit close-up images.
Profile photos should clearly show your face and remain suitable for a broad audience.
Do not upload or promote content involving:
Murder
Torture
Graphic injuries
Animal cruelty
Terrorism
Violent threats
Criminal organizations
ThaiWish may not be used to facilitate or promote:
Human trafficking
Prostitution
Drug trafficking
Money laundering
Fraud
Identity theft
Blackmail
Extortion
Child exploitation
Illegal gambling
Any other unlawful activity
ThaiWish may cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities where required by law.
Members must never:
Request money from other users.
Ask others to send gift cards.
Request cryptocurrency.
Solicit bank transfers.
Ask members to pay travel expenses.
Seek financial assistance from strangers met through the platform.
Members are encouraged to report any suspected scam immediately.
Do not use ThaiWish to:
Send unsolicited advertisements.
Promote businesses without authorization.
Send bulk messages.
Recruit for unrelated services.
Promote investment schemes.
Promote pyramid or multi-level marketing programs.
Do not share another person’s:
Phone number
Email address
Home address
Workplace
Government identification
Financial information
Private conversations
Personal photographs
without their permission.
Only one genuine personal account is permitted unless ThaiWish expressly authorizes otherwise.
The following are prohibited:
Multiple fake accounts.
Bot accounts.
Automated messaging accounts.
Accounts created to evade suspension.
If you encounter behavior that violates these Guidelines, please use the in-app reporting tools or contact:
abuse@thaiwish.com for abuse reports.
support@thaiwish.com for general assistance.
Reports are reviewed as promptly as reasonably possible. Deliberately false reports intended to harass other members may themselves violate these Guidelines.
Depending on the severity of a violation, ThaiWish may take one or more of the following actions:
Issue a warning.
Remove content.
Restrict features.
Suspend messaging.
Temporarily suspend the account.
Permanently terminate the account.
Revoke verification status.
Prevent creation of new accounts where appropriate.
Report unlawful activity to competent authorities where required or permitted by law.
ThaiWish reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take reasonable action to protect the safety and integrity of the community.
