These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in New Koh Samui, India.
Where disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be New Koh Samui, conducted in English by a mutually appointed sole arbitrator.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Thaiwish, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, legal costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your Content, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Thaiwish regarding the use of the Services. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.
